Ranch Wedding Weekend
A relaxed three-day celebration designed for couples who want time — time to rehearse, decorate without rushing, celebrate fully, and wake up on the ranch with their people.
Friday Evening
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm private property access for
décor setup and rehearsal.
Saturday
10:00 am property access.
Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Music concludes at 11:30 pm.
Guests depart by 12:00 am.
Sunday Morning
10:00 am – 12:00 pm décor cleanup and
departure.
Includes:
• Two-night stay in both ranch cabins (Friday
& Saturday)
• Meadow ceremony site
• Reception tent and patio cocktail space
• Complete ceremony and reception
furnishings
• Full place settings for up to 132 guests
• Setup and takedown of tables and chairs
One Day Ranch Wedding
A full celebration in one beautifully
paced day.
Event Access
10:00 am – 12:00 am exclusive property access.
Music concludes at 11:30 pm.
Guests depart by 12:00 am.
Includes:
• One-night stay in both ranch cabins (night of
the wedding)
• Meadow ceremony site
• Reception tent and patio cocktail space
• Complete furnishings and full place settings
• Setup and takedown
• Up to 132 guests
Optional early access for décor setup available.

Ceremony Only Celebration
A simple and meaningful ceremony surrounded by prairie views, with
time to capture portraits across the ranch.
Includes:
• 3–4 hour private property access
• Meadow ceremony site
• Ceremony seating for up to 80 guests
• Photography access throughout the property
during your reserved time
• Setup and takedown of ceremony seating
• Tent backup option
Reception not included.
All guests depart at the conclusion of your
reserved time.

Golden Hour Elopement
An intimate ranch celebration designed for couples who want to arrive,
settle in, and exchange vows beneath Alberta’s open sky — with time to
gather for dinner and golden hour photography.
Includes:
• Two-night stay in the Hitch’n Post cabin
• 6-hour private event window
• Meadow ceremony site
• Ceremony seating for up to 20 guests
• Reception-style dining space under the tent
or on the patio
• Golden hour photography access across the
property
• Tent backup option
• Setup and takedown of ceremony and dining
furnishings
Music concludes by 9:00 pm.
Guests depart by 9:30 pm.
Catering and bar service available separately.
Package includes: Ceremony Space, Wedding Officiant, Photographer for two hours, mini wedding cake, floral bouquet, dinner for two to four, champagne &b strawberries, one night stay in a guest cabin, and a breakfast of fresh baked scones, seasonal fruit and tea or coffee
