Outdoor Ceremony Space
Our beautifully landscaped ceremony space is the perfect location for your ‘I Do’s’.
Ceremony space includes:

FAQs
We have a campground across the road from the Ranch! We will block off as many campsites as you need, and we will provide a discount for your guests!
Or, we can provide a discount code for your guests to book a stay at Travelodge Strathmore.
No, we are an AGLC licensed premise, and all alcohol must be provided through our bar. We are happy to work with you to provide your favorite brands and mixed drinks. The exception is wine for on the tables during dinner, at a corkage rate of $5/bottle.
You may bring your pet to the Ranch to be included in your ceremony and photos. They must be removed before the reception starts.
Music must be turned off at 11:30 as per county bylaws.
In the event of bad weather, we will move the ceremony into the tent. We will provide a rustic wooden arbor for the vows.
Yes, special event liability insurance with a minimum General Liability coverage of $2 million is required. You may use your personal insurance company, or you can buy it online at: www.palcanada.com/index/php/en-us/event-hosts/weddinguard
You will need to list our Legal Business Name, which we will provide at the time of booking your wedding.
A $2,500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to confirm your date.
A $2,000 refundable damage deposit is required 1 month prior to your event and will be refunded following your event if no damage is caused.
50% of the total cost of your wedding is due 6 months before your event.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
We will hold your date for up to 1 week at no charge. After 1 week, we require a deposit to secure your date, otherwise it will become available for other bookings again.
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 6 months before the date of your event, you will receive 50% of your second payment.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of your event, you will not receive a refund.
– No alcohol can be brought in by guests other than table wine at a corkage fee of $5/bottle.
– Alcohol must be consumed only in the tent or on the patio.
– You must carry event liability insurance.
– You are liable for any damage caused by your guests.
– No one is allowed within fenced in areas on the ranch, or past private property signs.
– Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
– Children must be attended at all times.
– Candles used during the reception must be either floating or tea light candles. No tapers are allowed.
