Fuel up for your explorations with a hearty breakfast, then meet your trusty steed for a personalized riding experience. Following your horseback adventure, embark on a self-guided tour through the charming town of High River, visiting iconic Heartland filming sites.
Grab a bite to eat at Evelyn’s Memory Lane Diner, a favorite amongst the Heartland cast and crew, and enjoy a 10% discount on your meal.
Day three offers another chance to hone your riding skills at Tyrell Riding Academy, followed by a relaxing evening with a delicious family-style dinner delivered to your cabin. Saddle up for an authentic ranch experience with our Ranch Hand Package!
Relax by the fire or soak in the hot tub upon arrival, then fuel up for a day of adventure with a hearty rancher’s breakfast delivered to your cabin.
Head out to Tyrell Riding Academy for an afternoon of learning the ropes (literally!).
From 11 am to 2 pm, you’ll get hands-on experience feeding horses, catching, grooming, and learning about tack, riding, and roping.
As an added bonus, you’ll even get to participate in cattle work and penning like a true ranch hand. After a busy day, unwind with delicious local bison burgers for dinner.

Mountain Horseback Riding

Our custom rides are suitable for all skill levels and operate from May to September.
